Location! Quality! Comfort! " The downtown Gem "

This property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hosts thoughtfully provided amenities that greatly enhanced our beach experience, including coolers, umbrellas, and beach chairs. The in-unit washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, offered significant convenience. Its prime location also contributed to a truly enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay for a couple. Close to restaurants, bars.

Gute Ausstattung, tolle Lage, sehr sauber und netter Kontakt!

Good location. Owner probably needs to stay here to appreciate items that need attention. But communication with the owner was excellent.

We had a wonderful seven day stay at the Downtown Gem! Everything was as described and pictured in the listing. The bedrooms and the living room are very comfortable and nicely furnished. The bathroom and kitchen are updated and well stocked with everything you need. The outdoor patio is comfortable and private. The location is great, being walking distance to stores and restaurants, and a short drive to downtown Naples, so many attractions and the beautiful beaches. The hosts are extremely responsive to any questions or needs. A beach umbrella needed replacing and one was delivered the next day! We definitely will return when we visit Naples again.
